Application of Automatic Laser Welding Machine in the Welding of Plate Nuts in Mobile Phones

Laser Welding MachineThe welding working principle of the nuts and studs of the stainless steel mobile phone middle plate/back plate is realized by high-energy pulsed laser. The laser power source first lights the pulsed xenon lamp, and the pulse of the xenon lamp is discharged through the laser power source to form a light wave with a certain frequency and pulse width. The light wave is radiated to the laser crystal through the concentrated cavity, which excites the laser crystal to emit light, and then resonates through the laser resonator to emit a 1064-pulse laser. The laser is magnified, reflected (or focused by the optical fiber) on the stud position of the stainless steel back plate fixed by the fixture, and the CNC table is moved under the control of the plc or industrial PC to complete circular spot welding or sealing welding. Through the control panel and computer, the pulse laser frequency, pulse width, duty cycle, table speed and movement direction can be adjusted, and the energy of the pulse laser can be controlled by different settings of the laser frequency and pulse width.

The principle of nut and stud laser welding is to use laser high-energy and concentrated spot welding technology, using laser deposition welding, to transfer surface heat to the interior, by controlling the width energy, peak function and repetition frequency of the laser pulse. The workpiece is melted to form a specific molten pool to achieve the welding effect.
