Fault analysis and solution of HANTENCNC laser welding machine

  Fiber lasers are used in many occasions, and laser welding is one of the most important fields. Because of this, laser welding machines are also one of the more commonly used laser processing equipment. Laser welding uses a high-energy-density laser beam as a heat source to melt and solidify the surface of the material into a whole. The size of the heat-affected zone, the beauty of the weld, and the welding efficiency are important indicators for judging the quality of the welding process. Therefore, the laser welding machine has replaced the traditional welding equipment, and is deeply loved by the majority of users. However, some users do not operate the laser welding machine properly because they do not have a good grasp of the relevant knowledge points of the laser welding machine, so the working efficiency of the laser welding machine is greatly reduced, and sometimes the laser welding machine cannot be used normally.

Fault 1. The weld seam is very black when the laser welding machine is welding

1. The nitrogen has not been turned on, as long as the nitrogen is turned on, it can be solved.

2. The airflow direction of the shielding gas is wrong, and the airflow direction of the shielding gas should be opposite to the movement direction of the workpiece.

Fault 2. Cracks appear when the laser welding machine is welded

1. If the cooling speed of the workpiece is too fast, the temperature of the cooling water on the fixture should be adjusted to increase the water temperature.

2. If the matching clearance between the workpieces is too large or there are burrs, the machining accuracy of the workpieces should be improved.

3. The workpiece is not cleaned. In this case, the workpiece needs to be cleaned again.

4. The flow of protective gas is too large, which can be solved by reducing the flow of protective gas.

Fault 3. The penetration depth of the laser welding machine is not enough

1. If the laser energy is not enough, it can be solved by increasing the pulse width and increasing the current.

2. The defocus amount of the focusing lens is wrong, and the defocus amount should be adjusted to the position close to the focus.

Fault 4. The flame is weakened when the laser welding machine is welded

1. The FGAP is not fully opened, check and add lubricating oil to the FGAP connection to make the connection mechanically smooth.

2. The main optical path laser shifts, adjusts the main optical path full-reflection and semi-reflection film, and uses image paper to check and adjust the light spot.

3. If the cooling water is polluted or the cooling water has not been replaced for a long time, it can be solved by replacing the cooling water and cleaning the UV filter glass tube and the xenon lamp.

4. The laser is not output from the center of the copper gas nozzle under the focusing head. Adjust the 45-degree reflective diaphragm to make the laser output from the center of the gas nozzle.

5. If the focusing lens or the resonator diaphragm of the laser is damaged or polluted, it should be replaced or cleaned in time.
