Therefore, this type of marking machine can mark at a very high speed, which is very suitable for processing on the assembly line, instead of not so environmentally friendly ink printing.

However, the yellow-red color of carbon dioxide laser marking on PVC materials is not so popular in many cases, and near-infrared lasers such as fiber laser marking machine and semiconductor laser marking machine, the wavelength of both of them is about 1060nm. One wavelength can mark black. This black is similar to the black of inkjet printers and is the most acceptable color for customers. Therefore, this type of marking is increasingly used on PVC materials.

The wavelength of fiber laser source is 1060nm, which can be clearly engraved on PVC material and shows black. Fiber laser is considered to be the best laser to replace semiconductor laser, and its application prospects on PVC materials are also most anticipated. Because the frequency of the fiber laser marking machine can reach 80K, the spot is very small, and the galvanometer with a small spot can reach a very high speed, and the speed of the marking line can reach or exceed the effect of the CO2 laser.

 Fiber laser marking machine has excellent beam quality, and is small in size, suitable for harsh environments, and is widely used in marking PVC materials.
