(1)Two-way filling: The marking efficiency is high, and the effect is good.
(2) Shape filling: It is only used when marking thin graphics and fonts, and the efficiency is similar to that of bow filling.
(3) One-way filling: The marking efficiency is the slowest, and it is rarely used in actual processing.
(4) Bow-shaped filling: The marking efficiency is the highest, and sometimes there will be problems of connecting lines and unevenness. When marking thin graphics and fonts, the above problems will not occur, so bow-shaped filling is the first choice.

If you do not pursue the marking effect of details, it is recommended to use bow filling to significantly increase the marking speed. If you want to have both, two-way filling is a very good choice.
2. Choose its better high-speed galvanometer
Under normal circumstances, the scanning speed of the galvanometer can reach up to 3000mm/s, but a better high-speed galvanometer can scan tens of thousands of times per second. In addition, when using ordinary galvanometers to mark small graphics or fonts, deformation is easy to occur, and the scanning speed must be reduced to ensure the effect.
3.Suitable field lens
The larger the focal length of the field lens, the larger the focused spot. Under the same spot overlap rate, the filling line spacing can be increased, thereby improving the marking efficiency.
Remarks: The larger the field lens, the lower the power density. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the filling line spacing while ensuring sufficient marking energy.
4.Cleverly set the delay
Different filling types are affected by different delays, so reducing delays that are not related to the filling type can also improve marking efficiency.
(1) Bow-shaped filling and back-shaped filling: Mainly affected by the corner delay, it can reduce the turn-on delay, turn-off delay, and end delay.
(2) Two-way filling and one-way filling: Mainly affected by the light on delay and off delay, it can reduce the corner delay and end delay.
But at the same time, it should be noted that thick graphics and fonts are less affected by the delay, and the delay can be appropriately reduced. Thin graphics and fonts are greatly affected by the delay, and the delay can be increased appropriately.
5. Other channels
(1) Check "Evenly distribute fill lines".
(2) For marking thick graphics and fonts, you can remove "enable contour" and "walk once".
(3) If the effect permits, you can increase the "jump speed" of the "advanced" and reduce the "jump delay".
(4) Marking a large range of graphics, properly divided into several parts to fill, can effectively reduce the jump time and improve the efficiency of marking.
