Laser scanning galvanometer, also known as marking head, is an important component of laser marking machine. The laser marking machine is a low-power laser, and its working principle is: the input graphics pass through the scanner or the graphics or text designed by yourself in the computer, and under the management and control of the computer, the patterns are encoded by digital signals (line and Field direction), then digital-to-analog D/A conversion and analog-to-digital A/D conversion are performed, and then amplified by an isolated power amplifier, and the partial motor of the laser scanning galvanometer is controlled to drive the mirror, deflect it in the required direction, and the light spot will be A very fine track is left under the engraved object, which completes the marking of the desired graphics.


Galvanometer scanning marking head is mainly composed of XY scanning mirror, field mirror, galvanometer and computer-controlled marking software. The corresponding optical components are selected according to the different laser wavelengths. Related options also include laser beam expanders, lasers, and more. Its working principle is that the laser beam is incident on two mirrors (scanning mirrors), and the reflection angle of the mirrors is controlled by a computer. The laser focusing point of a certain power density moves according to the required requirements on the marking material, thereby leaving a permanent mark on the surface of the material. The focused spot can be circular or rectangular. In the galvanometer scanning system, vector graphics and text can be used. This method adopts the processing method of graphics software in the computer, which has the characteristics of high drawing efficiency, good graphics accuracy and no distortion, which greatly improves the laser beam quality. Quality and speed of marking. At the same time, the galvanometer type marking can also use the dot matrix marking method. This method is very suitable for online marking. According to the production line of different speeds, one scanning galvanometer or two scanning galvanometers can be used, which is the same as the previous one. Compared with array marking, it can mark more dot matrix information, which has greater advantages for marking Chinese characters.


Due to its wide application range, galvanometer scanning marking can be used for vector marking and dot matrix marking, the marking range is adjustable, and it has fast response speed and high marking speed (hundreds of characters can be marked per second) , high marking quality, good optical path sealing performance, strong environmental adaptability and other advantages have become mainstream products, and are considered to represent the future development direction of laser marking, with broad application prospects.
