The heating of the nozzle of the uv printer will directly affect the normal ink output of the uv ink, which will cause the ink to be cut off during the printing process. Especially when the temperature is low in winter, the smoothness of uv ink is far less than that in summer. At this time, not only the nozzle and uv ink need to be heated, but the working environment also needs a suitable temperature. The temperature needs to be between 20°C and 30°C. Generally, the problem that the nozzle does not heat up is easy to solve, let's take a look.
1. uv printer reset
In the case that the uv printer is not reset, you only need to reset the machine and turn it on again, and the heating plate will heat up.
2. The uv printer heating film is aging
The aging of the heating film is a normal phenomenon. As the heating film of the uv flatbed printer has been used for a long time, it will generally be aging after 6 months. Just replace it with a new heating film.
3. The voltage of the heating power supply box is too low
Open the cover of the power box of the uv flatbed printer and check the voltage value to see if it is too low. If it is too low, check whether the voltage stabilizer is normal.
4. Poor heating contact
Check whether the contact between the heating plate and the nozzle circuit is loose or broken, if any, reconnect it to return to normal.
Finally, the editor reminds all users that when the weather is cold in winter, before printing on the uv flatbed printer, the uv ink, nozzles and other key parts must be heated before printing.
